Must Try High-Protein Pancakes

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, PANCAKES!

They’re good for any time of the day, any feeling you’re feeling, with or without maple-flavored liquids.

But can they be so much more? Can you get some added protein to your diet with… a pancake!?

Try one of the recipes below & enjoy!

 

4-Ingredient Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 scoops choice of protein powder (whatever flavor)

1 teaspoon baking powder

3 ounces milk of choice

Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup egg whites

⅓ cup uncooked rolled oats

Pinch of cinnamon

½ tablespoon maple syrup

Light and Right Pancakes

Ingredients:

½ cup egg whites

1 scoop protein powder of choice

1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

1 ripe banana

Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions for all recipes:

Blend ingredients together until smooth

Heat griddle

Lightly grease pan with non-stick cooking spray

Cook on medium low heat

Enjoy!

 

A pancake may not be the best source of protein, but it's certainly a delicious one.

Add another source of protein and something green, and voilà, you have a yummy & complete meal.
